Michele Adams Country Dance Sport devotes her life to Teaching others to Dance.

Michele Adams was born and raised in California. At the age of 10 years, she began to study Dance and music.

In High School, she took up the Drums and the Trombone. During her four years of High School, she became head Auxiliary Captain and learned how to choreograph formations and routines for the dance team. After High School, she was invited to perform for the San Francisco 49ers and the Oakland Raiders, and from then on her dance and teaching career took off.

In the late 1980"s Michele Adams began to compete in Country Dancing, West Coast Swing and Ballroom, and also learned Hip Hop, Ballet and Jazz which gave her a well rounded knowledge of dance and teaching skills which enabled her to become a multi World Champion and recently a Swing Hall of Fame Inductee. Former 'Ole Skool Dancer for the LA Sparks

U.C.W.D.C Master Level Dancer and Dance Instructor

This is not just a styling class. This will be a full swing class with patterns. Been thinking about it and working on how it will go. I have watched many teachers teach this kind of class watching videos online. I think its a very good idea and a lot of fun (1 hour class)

STARTING OCT 31ST

Stretch class

This class will improve joint mobility, range of motion, posture, decrease back pain, helps to prevent injury and decrease muscle soreness. Requirements: comfortable clothing Rubber workout mat, towel, bottled water I will be playing fun music! Each week will focus on certain kinds of stretching techniques from head to toe.


Here are the rules upon attending class.

-You MUST wear a mask at all times while in the studio.
-Chairs and tables will be placed 6ft apart.
-And the dance floor will have designated spots placed 6 ft apart.
-You MUST bring hand sanitizer.
-You MUST keep SOCIAL DISTANCING at all times!
-Refrain from shaking hands or hugging each other. We miss each other and I understand we would love to hug each other but just tell each other all the good things from a distance.
-For the Ladies class; You do not need to wear gloves, but masks ARE mandatory.
-For the Swing Class; Mask ARE mandatory. Gloves are optional. You must be either a married couple that lives together, or a partner that you live with, or a partner that you are ok to dance with for the entire class. (Gloves will be suggested for those who do not live together).
-THERE WILL BE NO ROTATION.
I will quickly check temperature from everyone that enters the studio.
To sign up for class you must come early and stay 6ft apart during sign up, so we can start on time. br>If you forget your mask, you will not be able to enter the studio.
EACH CLASS IS $15 pp each class will be 1 hour or a little longer.
You can use your VIP Discount. This is weekly class not monthly payment class. We will have to wait to get back to that. As soon as we are back to somewhat normal and the studio can stand on its own, I will drop the class rate back down.
I know this sounds like a lot of rules and it does sound worry some. Being safe is the utmost importance, but having fun and seeing all your dance friends will be exciting and we can for at least a couple of hours forget what's going on in the World.
Andre the studio owner has been sanitizing the studio on a daily basis. I will be in the studio 2 hours prior to class starting to sanitize the room. So we will be safe!
